• Service may be used in pilot form: The platform is currently in an experimental phase.
• Availability not guaranteed: Service uptime and feature availability are subject to change without notice.

User responsibilities

• Accurate data submission: You agree to provide truthful information.
• Lawful usage: You must not use the service for any illegal activities.

Limitation of liability

• No liability for financial losses: Neelam is not responsible for any money lost or transactions failed via third-party partners.
• Infrastructure-only responsibility: Our liability is limited to the technical operation of the recording infrastructure.
